Chronicle TV: SGA hosts ‘Let’s Chat’ event, contract offers made to union

This week on Chronicle TV, the Student Government Association hosted their annual “Let’s Chat with Dr. Kim.”

The event took place over Zoom on Thursday, Nov. 16, where students were given the opportunity to ask questions to the college’s president and his cabinet. Students asked a variety of questions regarding his salary, tuition reimbursement and class sizes.

The administration has made two offers this past week to the union. The first offer was rejected on Nov. 14. Another offer was announced in an email from the president on Thursday, Nov. 16.

As of Friday, Nov. 17 the union has not made an announcement to accept or reject the offer.

This episode of Chronicle TV was filmed on Nov. 17.
