The Pullman National Historical Park is located in the Far Southeast Side of Chicago’s Pullman neighborhood on Thursday, July 23, 2026. During Black History Month on Feb. 19, 2015, former President Barack Obama designated the site a national historical park, making it the only National Park Service site in Chicago and one of only two in Illinois.
