Polls show that even in swing states vice presidential picks may not matter. But experts said it does shape how voters perceive the presidential candidates.
We asked students at Columbia College what they know about Tim Walz, the Democratic governor of Minnesota and Kamala Harris’ vice-presidential running mate. Walz debated Republican JD Vance last week. Vance is on the GOP ticket with former President Donald Trump.
