Columbia had its third “Consent Rocks” concert Sept. 25 at the 623 S. Wabash Building to promote and educate students about sexual assault on- and- off campus. The concert featured Columbia’s own performers, Out the Car Window, Friday Pilots Club and Rebecca Brunner.
