President Obama in town, met with protesters

President Barack Obama is in Chicago April 2 to raise funds for the Democratic National Committee. However, his short visit attracted environmental protestors. Activists crowded West Fullerton Avenue in Lincoln Park to voice concern about issues such as the March 24 BP oil spill in Lake Michigan and the Keystone XL pipeline bill. Protesters demanded that BP release data detailing how much oil was spilled.
