Students at Columbia joined students across the country March 14 in a 17-minute walk out, one minute for each of the students who died in the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida, and talked about the need to take action, as well as voting those legislators that don’t take actions to stop mass shootings out of office.
