Columbia hosts Chicago hip-hop conference with events in the Conaway Center at 1104 S. Wabash and in the Haus at 623 S. Wabash.
With performances from local Chicago artists as well as Columbia students. I’Ja Marie, a junior Marketing major at Columbia tells the Chronicle what hip-hop means to her. “It’s a lifestyle,” says Marie.
