The annual parade filled the South Loop near Columbia’s campus with music, advocacy and community while showcasing organizations that support Chicagoans with disabilities.
The fifth and final installment in the franchise features the “Jackass” crew’s typical stunts and phallic humor, along with throwbacks to their early days.
What began as a weekend celebration also became a conversation about community, visibility and the future of LGBTQ+ advocacy. The festival runs through Sunday, June 21, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
