The Illinois Campaign for Political Reform hosted a panel discussion with members of the Chicago Police Department, community activists and the public on Jan. 20 at East-West University, 829 S. Wabash Ave to discuss how Illinoisans can increase disclosure and transparency between City Hall, CPD and the public.
