Assyrian community protests against ISIS | The Columbia Chronicle

About 200 members of Chicago’s Assyrian community gathered at Federal Plaza, 230 S. Dearborn St., in the Loop on March 13 to denounce ISIS militants and the killings of Assyrians in their native countries. Protestors demanded U.S. politicians such as Sen. Dick Durbin and President Barack Obama take swift action to destroy ISIS before attacks break out on U.S. soil.
