To celebrate African American Heritage Month, the International Student Organization (ISO) and the Black Student Union (BSU) collaborated and hosted a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony. Representatives of Ethiopian Diamond, a local Ethiopian restaurant, supplied the coffee as well as taught attendees the significance of coffee in Ethiopian culture.
