The Black Men’s Health & Wellness Expo, held April 16 in Columbia’s South Campus Building, 624 S. Michigan Ave., aimed to educate and inspire young black males to embrace healthy lifestyles. The expo featured blood pressure tests, fruit and vegetable smoothies, spinal health screenings and jewelry making. Organizers emphasized the importance of exercise and healthy eating to stay fit, happy and healthy.
