Dancers of all styles gathered at Stage Two in the 618 S. Michigan Ave. building to compete for a $300 prize in the B-Real Two-on-Two Breakin’ Battle. Part of Columbia’s Dance Center’s B-Real Series, which runs from Feb. 17 to March 1st and features international hip hop talent in a series of workshop performances and conversations. Competitors traveled from as far as Brazil to join in on the action, not only to win, but also bring a little bit of their culture to Columbia.
