Guru Nanak founded Sikhism in the Indian subcontinent in the 15th century. Sikhism is a monotheistic religion and the fifth-largest organized religion in the world with approximately 30 million followers. Sikhism welcomes everyone regardless of caste, creed or faith. Shabad Kaur Khalsa is a Columbia alumni who found the path of Sikhism through Kundalini yoga and meditation.
