Jesus “Chuy” Garcia will continue his mayoral campaign as incumbent Rahm Emanuel did not manage to get 50 percent of the votes. This is the first mayoral runoff in Chicago’s history, and voters will take to the polls April 7 to cast their votes for the city’s next mayor for the second time this year.
