Raising awareness within the Chicago music scene

By Cristina Aguirre

The Chicago music scene represents all forms of music, such as hip-hop, rock, jazz, metal, country, folk, or whatever fusion that sounds good to one’s ears. The Chicago Music Project, an independently produced local music television network, hopes to bring awareness of the local music scene to let Chicago be the musical powerhouse it once was. The Chronicle talks with co-founders Leo Flores and Israel Fernandez about their visually appealing productions.
