After years of serving cupcakes from food trucks, Chicago Cupcake opened its first store. The company celebrated its grand opening Nov. 22 in Wicker Park. Brendan Bolger, Chicago Cupcake owner, said it has taken a lot of work, so it feels good to have opened the store. Bolger said Wicker Park is a great neighborhood for the business to grow in and expand beyond the food truck business.
