Arts in the Dark parade welcomes in Halloween spirit drawing in crowds larger than years prior
The annual Halloween parade returned to Columbus Drive to factor for its growing size. Artists from all over Chicago, including many Columbia students, walked in the parade to celebrate the city’s artistry.
