This week on Three C’s: Columbia is celebrating its 135th anniversary, ISG will host its annual INK fest and the Manifest 2025 creative director and poster will be announced at a mixer.

0:28: The college is hosting an event commemorating Columbia’s 135th anniversary on Tuesday, February 11.
0:36: The college was founded in 1890 by Mary A. Blood and Ida Morey Riley.
0:42: The college was originally called the Columbia School of Oratory and changed names multiple times over the years.
0:50: Columbia received full accreditation in 1974 and has expanded both physically and academically in the years since.
0:58: The anniversary event takes place at the Conaway Center at 1104 S. Wabash from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. There will be food, guest speakers, and a mural created by alumni will be unveiled.
1:12: The Illustration Student Group is hosting their annual Inkfest on Friday and Saturday, February 14 and 15.
1:20: The festival is an opportunity for illustration and visual arts students and alumni to showcase and sell their work and connect with other artists.
1:30: The event runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the fifth floor of the Student Center, and is open to the public.
1:39: A Manifest Mixer will be held on Thursday, February 13 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
1:45: Manifest, Colombia’s annual arts festival, will take place on May 16.
1:50: The new creative director of Manifest will be announced at Thursday’s Mixer.
1:55: They will reveal the official Manifest 2025 poster and discuss ways to get involved.
