Today, we’re talking about the staff vs. students volleyball game.

A cold night in Chicago did not stop staff and Columbia’s volleyball Renegade players from going head to head inside the East-West gym, courtesy of the Renegades financial manager.

The president reached out to him and was like, “Hey, I like playing volleyball. Do you think maybe we could do this thing?” And he was like, “For sure. We would love to play with you guys.” And so that’s how we got the ball rolling.

She was such a team player. She, like, blended in perfectly and she made the effort. She got hit a couple times in the face with a couple balls, but she got right back up and showed a lot of team effort. I loved it.

A strong possibility we’ll see more events like this take place.

Since we had a lot of fun, I think it is in the works to get some more of these. Maybe we can do it with basketball. I know that we do some dodgeball too in the future. So yeah, more the merrier. Absolutely.
