00:00: Today, we’re talking about the registration lab at the Student Center.

00:04: Ready to tackle the new semester, Columbia students easing their stress by attending registration lab at the Student Center.

00:12: Something that I’m really looking forward to is picking out my own classes and building my schedule.

00:18: In the past, this event was Reg Fest.

00:20: We switched that last spring to a distributed sort of registration help desk in the lobbies of a bunch of different buildings. may have seen us in the lobbies of most of the academic buildings last week.

00:29: Students taking their time to navigate the new MyColumbia portal, which will soon display a four-year spreadsheet to provide students with an outlook of their future semesters.

00:40: I like that a lot. I remember when I was looking up at community colleges back home

00:44: they kind of had that layout on some of their websites and it was just so cool seeing everything organized and it just gives you a broad idea of what you’re going to be studying it, what are you going to be studying, when are you to be studying it, and I love it. I love it a lot.
