Keeping with the theme of Meyer’s DIY aesthetic, this double exposed photograph was captured on a 1950’s Argus C3.

Logan Meyer, Columbia graduate (class of 2019) and recently appointed Audio Engineer for the Music Department, has released his first EP. Inspired by the natural world, the experimental EP provides a welcome vacation from the congestion of city life. The work consists of four tracks, boasting a slew of found sounds and curious guitars drenched in spiraling reverberation. Striving to find sonic liberation from the oft stressful confines of the city, Memoir harkens back to vague yet comfortable places. It can currently be streamed at loganmeyer.bandcamp.com/album/memoir, and will soon be available on all major platforms.
