About 30 hearing-impaired high school students teamed up with Columbia’s ASL-English Interpretation program for a March 21 workshop called Feel the Beat in the 916 S. Wabash Ave. Building. Both students and interpreters were invited to express themselves using the natural rhythm they already possess.
