I find it quite amusing that of the very few posts made here, after all the talk in the article about how real “mob wives” or “mob daughters” or “mob great grandnieces” (lol) would never be clued in on anything, and CERTAINLY never talk about it or admit involvement, that TWO of the posts are from these alleged “mob wives” or “mob families” and both try and admit family involvement and/or what is realistic and what isn’t. It’s funny as hell. Especially because its bunk garbage

My friends work on Mob Wives Chicago, and they hated it. I myself am in on set visual effects for major motion pictures, and its standard industry knowledge, that you know you’ve hit the lowest of the low when you’re working reality. Most do it for a paycheck and/or work shortage otherwise. And all can agree, Mob Wives is among the absolute totem pole bottom dwellers. Enjoy your tv show everyone. The rest of us are laughing at you!

The people that these women are related to are real. I grew up in Brooklyn and my great father was a involved with them my mother father was in involved as well my first husband was involved. The women speak the truth about this life style they live it because that’s all they knew how to do. But just cause ur Italian dnt mean ur a gangster
my.mother firsy husband wad gunned down in front of his home over a aa matter of money. My great grandfather died in prision never getting to meet his grandkids. My granndfather retired. He died before I was born what I’m saying is that sum ppl are born into ans love then hate it. Money can be good but u lose ur loved ones to the feds.I dnt

I don’t see what the problem is, its just another show. I like Mob wives, I find it funny as hell. Ill agree with Katie above regarding these women don’t talk about their family lives cause most of them don’t know to much about what is going on. I’ve been around em, lived with em, and the majority of them are pretty decent people, just living their lives the best they can. Let the show be.

I totally agree with what Mr. Binder has said. My uncle was a true part of the Outfit and I find having these women represent “Mob Wives” to be unbelievably offensive. Where and how did you find these women? Was it only because REAL mob wives would not take part in the show? Or maybe you wanted the Mob Wives of New York to appear worlds above those of Chicago. I love the original Mob Wives. They are real. When Karen and Renee talk about their families and their childhood, I can relate. With the original series I can see what you wanted people to see…what it was like growing up in this lifestyle, the affects it has on your life and the lives of future generations. On the Chicago show…a stripper? Please! My uncle would have died before letting someone in our family be a stripper. Everyone I ever knew within the family held women in the family at a very high level. Ms. Graziano, please either portray our story with the same respect you have for the New York Mob Wives or don’t do it at all.

Who cares about how criminials’ womenfolk live? They live off of blood money and are supposedly ‘important’ because of criminal deeds.
If the show is boycotted, it’ll go away because no one watches it. Better yet, go after the sponsors.We the people can make this crap go away.
